Accompanying ATSA’s main space exhibition at Connexion ARC, this new publication contains introductory essays in French and English, a bilingual timeline tracing the twelve year development of ATSA’s État d’Urgence project, and the transcription of a conversation between Pierre Allard, Annie Roy and sophia bartholomew, discussing the social and political concerns of their ambitious, interdisciplinary practice.
