Robyn Moody

Connexion is excited to present an artist talk by new media artist Robyn Moody. Please join us for this talk in the main space gallery Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 12 PM.

Robyn Moody is a Calgary-based artist with work currently exhibited at Stuts Gallery, in Sackville, and The Confederation Centre for the Arts, in Charlottetown. He takes a whimsical and multifaceted approach to artmaking, incorporating electronics, mechanics, film, performance, installation, sculpture, or whatever a project requires.

Often humorous, often strikingly beautiful, and often hiding a dark secret, Moody’s work explores (in whole or in part) the complex relationships between technological advances, human belief and understanding, the public’s relationship with Science, politics, and the natural world.

Connexion gratefully acknowledges the support of The City of Fredericton, The Province of New Brunswick, and the Canada Council for the Arts.
