Connexion Artist-Run Centre is pleased to announce a new members’ programming structure, to give local artists the opportunity to present projects in our Charlotte Street Arts Centre space.
Projects can include exhibitions, screenings, talks, residencies, performances, and more. Although we cannot provide financial compensation for these projects, we are able to provide in-kind support through the use of our space, networks, equipment, and staff resources. For fully funded projects, members are encouraged to apply through our annual general call for submissions.
Project proposals are not formally juried but are subject to the programming committee’s approval. Priority will go to projects that are closely aligned with Connexion ARC’s mandate and commitment to supporting experimental practices & diverse perspectives. For commercial ventures (i.e. for-profit workshops & performances, art & craft sales, etc.,) Connexion may be willing to provide support by donation.
