Undefined Space reflects on Connexion’s long-standing role in fostering artistic expression and experimentation that transcends conventional boundaries. It celebrates artists who have embraced this platform for diverse forms of artistic practice, and spotlights moments of intersection between art and social and political discourse. Together, these themes provide a multifaceted reflection of Fredericton’s cultural heritage and Connexion’s community impact.
The promotional materials and press reviews presented have been selected from the Connexion ARC Fonds at the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick. The exhibition is organized by the box in which the materials were originally found, with the section titles reflecting the inventory list from the Provincial Archives. As you explore, you can click on the images to view them in more detail. This digital format mirrors the physical experience of navigating the archives, allowing you to engage with the documents in a similar way to how they were encountered during the curation process.
