The Board of Directors of Connexion Artist-Run Centre would like to announce the departure of Kasie Wilcox from her position as Executive Director to focus on her burgeoning art practice. Kasie has had an impressive year, serving Connexion with her broad vision and incredible attention to detail. Kasie’s ambitions for the organization and for contemporary art in New Brunswick are immense, and her creative administration skills have positioned Connexion to achieve our mission in 2017-2018. During her term, Kasie has developed positive relationships with our funding agencies and community partners. Kasie’s work over the past year has re-established Connexion’s foundation as a strong, successful, and effective organization. She has driven its success by contributing to the vision and strategic plans of various committees, supporting board development, and developing exciting programming.
We thank Kasie for her leadership, energy, and enthusiasm. We are grateful for her ongoing support, commitment, and passion for Connexion and contemporary art. As she steps down from her role, we wish her all the best in her future endeavours. A heartfelt thank you from us all.
